Edna Keithley, 94 of Owensboro, died Sunday, November 16 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born to Matt and Beatrice Carden on March 2, 1920. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe B. Keithley, a sister Geneva Ammons, a brother Jesse Carden and a great-granddaughter. Survivors include her daughter, Barbara (Melton) Cable of Owensboro: three grandchildren, Vicki (Barbara Kibler) Evans of Simpsonville, Ky., Steve (Stacie) Evans of Simpsonville, S.C., and Aaron Shane (Robin Ashworth) Evans of Owensboro: 15 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, at the chapel of Haley-McGinnis and Owensboro Funeral Home. Burial is in Nickel Ridge Cemetery in Daviess County Ky. Visitation is will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home and from 12 to 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
