Jeff Green, 53 of Owensboro passed away on September 29, 2015 under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. He was born on May 19, 1962 in Daviess County to the late Joseph Green and Mary Ann Goetz Blandford. Jeff was the Team Leader at Owensboro Grain Company. He was a jack of all trades and loved building anything that he could with his hands. He enjoyed going to the casino and NASCAR. Aside from his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Mark Green. He is survived by his wife, Tina Marie Green; children Dana Green, Jackson Green, Tyler Green, Schaefer Green, Todd Spencer, Cody Martin, Roger Hodgson, Zachary Hodgson and Erin Hodgson; and eleven grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings, Steve (Marianne) Green of Owensboro, Mary Beth (Bobby) Edge of Owensboro, Mike Green of Philpot, David (Angie) Green, Chris (Carrie) Green, Jennifer (Jason) Cox all of Owensboro. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Western Kentucky, 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, Ky. 42301. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Visitation at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Thursday and 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday. Prayers will be said at 5:00 p.m. Thursday.
