Elizabeth Scanlan, 67, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born April 18, 1949 in Chicago, IL to the late William F. and Dorothy Thompson Scanlan. She was a member of New Life Church and enjoyed writing, gardening, coloring and working crossword puzzles and also was a big reader.
She is survived by two daughters, Marie Boehman and April Laroche both of Owensboro; two grandchildren, David Laroche and Catherine Laroche; and two brothers, Gary Scanlan of Owensboro and Barry Scanlan of Lexington.
There will be no visitation or services.
