Ilene Chang

Ilene Chang, age 93 of Hartford passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Signature Healthcare of Hartford. She was born May 20, 1926 in China the daughter off Bao Tong and Wei Chang. She is survived by her children, Charlie, David, Helen, Frank, Linda and Rena Win. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings. Cremation was chosen in lieu of burial.
