Jerry Crowe, 53, of Owensboro, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018, under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky, surrounded by his family. Jerry was born on September 7, 1964, in Daviess County to the late Edward Douglas Crowe and Rose Geraldine Ralph Crowe. Jerry worked for National Office Furniture where he worked as an Area Manager. He enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking, golf, and was a huge Florida State fan. Jerry was known for his quick wit and sense of humor, he was kind-hearted, a great husband, a great dad, and a great grandfather. Along with his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his daughter Angel Crowe in 1989, and his grandson Justus Crowe in 2012. Jerry is survived by his wife of 10 years, Jennifer Crowe, his children Jonathan (MacKenzi) Crowe of Newburgh, IN, Jared (Maria) Crowe, Jeremy Crowe, Jansen Crowe, Zach Simone and Sophie Simone, all of Owensboro, and 2 grandchildren Josie Crowe and John Luke Crowe. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory, with Pastor Josh Calloway officiating. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital; 262 Danny Thomas Pl; Memphis, TN 38105, or the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation; P.O.   1. I really enjoyed working with Jerry when I worked at NOF. He was a great guy. After I left NOF, I would often times run into him at Wal-Mart – the only place I run into anyone I think – but I really enjoyed seeing and visiting with him for a bit on those
