Pauline Stogner, 95, of Chandler, IN passed away on Friday, Oct. 26, 2018, at Braun’s Nursing Home in Evansville, IN. Pauline was born Jan. 6, 1923, in Belton, Ky to the late Hardin Mallory and Nellie Graham Mallory. She was a homemaker and mother. She was a former member of Dawson Baptist Church in Philpot. Pauline enjoyed quilting, sewing, playing cards, gardening, cooking but most of all she enjoyed family get-togethers. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Horace Stogner in1994; two sons, Richard Hugh Stogner and Lotus Ray Stogner; and a daughter, Susie Wimsatt. She is survived by two sons, Doil Stogner and Roger Stogner; three daughters, Lue (Don) Splittorff, Darlene (Greg) Yost, and Jeanette (Gloria) Stogner; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Edna Arnold and Joyce Ferguson; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Union Ridge Baptist Church in Belton, KY. Burial will follow in Union Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory and after 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to The Burdon Adoption Fund, c/o Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory, 519 Locust Street, Owensboro, KY 42301. This fund will assist in adding a new blessing to the Burdon Family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.   1. Pauline was my cousin and I have know her my entire life. She was a kind and generous person, a devoted mother and just a sweet person. In all my years I don’t remember her ever saying an unkind word about anyone. May she rest in eternal peace.
