Virginia Logsdon, age 89 of Clarkson, passed away Saturday, July 6th 2019 at her residence. She was born March 6th 1930 in Grayson County, Kentucky, the daughter of Mart & Nettie Gardner Webb. She was a farmwife and a member of the Jericho Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by four daughters, Leavia Childress (Leroy), Elizabeth Richards (Thomas), Retha Webb (Ricky), & Darlene Ward (Tony), three sons, Rev. Vurles Logsdon (Judy), Scotty Logsdon (Rebecca), & Andy Logsdon, one brother, Melvin Webb (Helen), sixteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Logsdon, one son, Phillip Logsdon, one brother, Warren Webb, and one sister, Christine Meredith. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday (July 10) at the Jericho Missionary Baptist Church in Cub Run. Burial will be in the Jericho Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield and from 9:00 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church. Virginia Logsdon, age 65 of Caneyville passed away Friday, February 22, 2019 at her residence. She was born August 19, 1953 in Louisville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Stanley and Hazel Kessinger Constant. She is survived by her husband Danny Decker, her children, Diane Evans (Ron), David Logsdon (Penny), Tonya Guyton (Robert), Tina Morton (Wallace) and Sandy Williams (Dylan), Danny Decker, Jr., Derrek Decker (Leslie), Deana Rudnick (Matt), one sister, Debbie Frank, one brother, Steve Constant, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Deward Logsdon, two children, Denise Miller and Deward 'Chip' Logsdon, Jr. and three sisters, Sandy Constant, Shirley McDowell, and Hilda Jo Brooks. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery in Wax. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
